"Blessed are the poor in spirit" was part of the 1619 Project: Reflections of the Black Experience. The museum exhibit reflected the African diaspora to the modern-day Black experience in
America as interpreted by local and regional artists.
In 2020, Janicke produced educational art videos on YouTube for the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art celebrating diversity as expressed through artwork.
